The adaptive resilience program uses a mindfulness-based approach to build the behaviors and mental practices that promote resilience within individuals and teams.
Practical tools delivered online in three 90-minute modules
The live sessions are delivered online and structured into three 90-minute modules. Each module offers simple, practical and applied tools for building resilience and thriving in challenging times or environments. Upon training completion all participants will receive access to results of a pre- and post assessment and to a digital resilience toolkit to enable ongoing learning and skill sustainment.
