What is it?

The mindfulness teaser provides an overview of the nature, science and application of modern mindfulness. Participants find out what mindfulness is (and what it isn’t) and how to get started with some initial practices. Individuals and teams will be equipped with some immediate guidance on how mindfulness can improve personal effectiveness and overall well-being. The mindfulness teaser is a short session of 1.5-2 hours and thought online or in person. Already with a short session you can learn first strategies to improve your focus and overall well-being.
